TYPICAL PROPERTIES:
- Base: Ethylene Vinyl Acetate
- Surface Touch: No ambient tack
- Form: Chips / Granules / Pellets
- Colour*: Pigmented White
- Specific Gravity: ~ 0.98
- Application Temperature: 140°C – 170°C
- Softening Point (Ring & Ball): 85°C – 95°C
- Viscosity (Brookfield Viscometer with Thermosel) at 170°C: 1,000 – 2,000 mPa.s
- Shelf Life (In unopened, original packing): 12 Months @ < 40°C
DESCRIPTION:
F-4103 is a synthetic, thermo-plastic,
hot melt adhesive suitable for spine
gluing in automatic binding machines.
This grade has an aggressive hot grab
and low viscosity resulting in a quick
and strong bond.
