UPT-4754M
UPT-4754M is a synthetic, thermo-plastic hot melt adhesive suitable for use as a sealant in the manufacture of automotive lamps. It is suitable for sealing a wide variety of substrates like PP, PMMA and PC. It has an especially strong bond with Glass, making it one of the few grades suitable for use for glass lenses

- Base: Synthetic Rubber
- Surface Touch Light Ambient Tack
- Form: Blocks
- Colour: Grey / Black
- Specific Gravity: ~ 0.98
- Application Temperature: 170°C – 200°C
- Softening Point (Ring & Ball): 115°C – 130°C
- Viscosity (Brookfield Viscometer with Thermosel) at 180°C: > 40,000 mPa.s
- Pull Test (PP – PMMA; 25°C): > 7 Kgf / 20 mm
- PP – PMMA Wedge Test: No separation and discolouration
- Cold Temperature Resistance: Flexible at -5°C
