UPT-8432
UPT – 8432 is a high performance hot melt glue stick based on amorphous poly alpha olefins. This grade has been developed for bonding of components automotive components where high heat resistance is required.
Properties:
- Type: Polyolefin based hot melt glue stick
- Form: Rods – 11.2 mm +- 0.2mm diameter
- Surface Touch: Light Ambient Tack
- Colour*: Pale Yellow to Off white
- Softening Point**: 145°C – 155°C
- Application Temperature: Use minimum 200W applicator gun
- Specific Gravity: ~0.94
- Water Absorption: Negligible
- Viscosity***: 4,000 cPs – 7,000 cPs @177°C
- Shelf Life: 18 months @ < 30°C
