UPT-3576
UPT-3576 is a synthetic, thermo-plastic, hot melt adhesive suitable for use in core composers for the construction of plyboards. This grade has an aggressive hot grab making it ideal for use in hot ambient conditions too.
Properties:
- Base: Ethylene Vinyl Acetate
- Surface Touch: No ambient tack
- Form: Chips / Granules / Pellets
- Colour*: Natural Yellow
- Specific Gravity: ~ 0.98
- Application Temperature: 130°C – 160°C
- Softening Point (Ring & Ball): 105°C – 115°C
- Viscosity (Brookfield Viscometer with Thermosel) at 150C: 15,000 – 25,000 mPa.s
- Shelf Life (In unopened, original packing): 18 Months @ < 40°C
