UPT-3956 is a synthetic, thermo- plastic, hot melt adhesive suitable for use as a heat seal coating. It is suitable for use across various bonding surfaces
Properties:
- Base: Ethylene Vinyl Acetate
- Surface Touch: Light ambient tack
- Form: Granules / Pellets
- Colour*: Light Yellow
- Softening Point (Ring & Ball) *: 95°C – 105°C
- Application Temperature: 160°C – 180°C
- Specific Gravity: ~ 0.97
- Shelf Life (In unopened, original packing): 12 Months @ < 40°C
- Viscosity (Brookfield Viscometer with Thermosel) at 150°C: 40,000 – 50,000 mPa.s
