UPT-5810
UPT-5810 is a synthetic, thermo-plastic, pressure-sensitive hot melt adhesive suitable for bonding of non-woven components. This grade can also be sprayed using a suitable spray equipment. The high initial tack as well as its excellent static shear makes it excellent for use in a wide variety of substrates.

- Base: Synthetic Rubber
- Surface Touch: Tacky
- Form: Blocks
- Colour*: Water White
- Specific Gravity: ~ 0.97
- Application Temperature: 140°C – 180°C
- Softening Point (Ring & Ball): 70°C – 80°C
- Viscosity (Brookfield Viscometer with Thermosel) at 170°C: 1,500 – 2,500 mPa.s
- Shelf Life (In unopened, original packing): 12 Months @ < 40°C
